Phonak Remote app transforms your smartphone into an advanced controller for Phonak hearing aids that support Bluetooth wireless technology. Compatible with models like Phonak Audeo M-312, Audeo M-R, and Audeo B-Direct, this app offers various functionalities based on your hearing aid model and audiologist settings.
For all models, users can adjust volume for both sides or individual hearing aids, select available hearing aid programs configured by audiologists, personalize program names within the app, easily adjust environmental balance functions during audio streaming (e.g., using Phonak TV Connector), individually control tinnitus noise intensity, and monitor daily average wear time of connected hearing aids.
Additionally, for Phonak Audeo M-312, users can choose Bluetooth audio sources to connect to the hearing aids, such as audiobooks or music streams. For Phonak Audeo M-R (rechargeable model), features include selecting Bluetooth audio sources, displaying current battery level, and enabling automatic startup upon charger removal.
